QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years previous IP law experience
- Good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law if an attorney
- Active USPTO Registration

- Manage global patent portfolios across multiple jurisdictions
- Consult with inventors, technical experts, and patent portfolio managers
- Conduct IP related due diligence for opinions, including patentability, freedom to operate, and infringement and invalidity analyses
