Organization is seeking first-year law students to join the 2025 CLASP Internship, a unique opportunity to gain experience at a corporate legal department and a partnering law firm over the course of two summers. As an intern, you will have the chance to work on challenging assignments, receive training and mentoring, and build your professional network.
Requirements:
- First-year (1L) law student at selected law schools
- GPA minimum
- Cover letter, resume, unofficial transcript, legal writing sample, and personal/diversity statement required
- Application deadline: January 3, 2025 at 6pm ET
Responsibilities:
- Work assignments at the corporation include legal research, writing, and assisting with transactions
- Mentored by attorneys and interact with members of Legal Affairs at all levels

- Participate in the law firm summer associate program for a realistic view of the firm's practice areas and culture
