Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners.
- Helping organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and providing advice on the tax implications of deals.
- Assisting clients in navigating the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to capital requirements, operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions.
- Providing tax structuring assistance while addressing challenges in the continuously changing tax world both locally and globally.
- Working as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Encouraging team members to have a voice and invite opinions from all, including quieter members of the team.
- Dealing effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Moving easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Anticipating stakeholder needs, developing, and discussing potential solutions before they are required.
- Contributing technical knowledge in the area of specialization.
- Navigating the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Initiating and leading open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.

- Developing and implementing innovative tax solutions for renewable energy companies.
- Leading the way as a technology-enabled tax advisor by providing value through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies.
- Leveraging knowledge of structuring funds and fund management companies to limit tax liability.
- Utilizing in-depth tax technical skills, including partnership tax forms.
- Identifying and addressing client needs through experience with complicated partnership structures and tax matters relevant to the renewable energy industry.
- Innovating through new and existing technologies, experimenting with digitization solutions, and utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.
- Demonstrating success as a tax technical business advisor by developing new relationships and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Leading by example in automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views, and coaching staff by providing timely meaningful feedback.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Field(s) of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 year(s)
- Certification(s) Required: CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
