Job Title: Trial Attorney - Premises Liability

Job Responsibilities:
As a Trial Attorney at the law firm, your primary responsibilities will encompass managing a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation each month. You will guide these cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict. The role requires engaging with clients to maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process. You will conduct key litigation activities such as depositions, drafting and responding to motions, leading mediations, and developing comprehensive case strategies. Additionally, you will serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil litigation is preferred. Candidates must have an active and good standing licensure with their local State Bar, with multiple state bar admissions preferred. Extensive jury trial experience and a deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence are required, with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts necessary to be considered, and 10+ first chair jury verdicts preferred. Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members are essential.

Salary Information:
Compensation for this role is competitive, with attorneys at the firm typically earning between $150,000 and $350,000 annually. This range reflects the high value placed on expertise and contributions.
