Salary Range: $111,090 to $235,170 (depending on location and experience)

Overview:

**Members Only** is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager to join their International Tax Services (ITS) practice as part of the International Tax Quantitative Consulting Services (ITQCS) team. This national group provides technology assisted services to multinational clients using internally developed tools and processes. The Manager will be responsible for project management and modeling in areas such as international tax reform, foreign tax credit planning, and global restructuring. This role requires a hybrid work model, with in-person work 2-3 days per week, and the ability to travel up to 50% for client work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects related to international tax reform, foreign tax credit planning, global restructuring, and other areas affecting international tax
- Utilize technology skills such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and/or Power BI/Tableau to bring innovative solutions to clients
- Co-locate in-person 2-3 days per week and travel up to 50% for client work
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Legal, Finance, or other business-related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications
- Strong understanding of US international tax provisions and technology skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous Big 4 experience, public accounting, or consulting experience
- Experience with strategic planning initiatives
- Advanced degree
- Exceptional skills in using Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and/or Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated project management skills

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this role is $111,090 to $235,170, depending on location and experience
- Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program
