Duties:

  • Handle probate and trust litigation, including financial elder abuse matters.
  • Provide legal counsel on conservatorships, guardianships, and estate planning.
  • Appear in court frequently, including trials, across San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.
  • Manage client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents, petitions, and motions.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-10 years of experience in probate, trust litigation, or estate planning.
  • Newly licensed California attorneys are welcome to apply.
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
  • Experience with client interaction and court appearances is a plus.
  • California Bar admission is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
