A premier . law firm is actively seeking a Litigation Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Duties

• Handle complex litigation involving insurance coverage disputes

• Advise on coverage under:

  • Professional Liability Insurance

  • General Liability Insurance

  • Directors and Officers (D&O) Insurance

• Draft and argue dispositive motions and pleadings

• Conduct and manage all phases of discovery, including depositions

• Attend court hearings and represent clients at various litigation stages

• Assist in client development and case strategy

• Manage litigation independently or in collaboration with a legal team

Requirements

• 4–7 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage and commercial matters

• Strong understanding of liability and D&O policies

• Prior experience with high-value, complex insurance claims preferred

• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and time management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing in at least one . jurisdiction

• Eligibility to practice in the location of intended office (or willingness to obtain admission)
