A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney with significant experience in International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling ITC-related matters, advising on regulatory compliance, and supporting due diligence activities for major corporate transactions. This position is well-suited for an attorney with a strong litigation background and the ability to operate effectively in a high-stakes, cross-border legal environment.

Conduct and support internal investigations involving potential non-compliance with international trade regulations
Draft and manage disclosures to . and international government agencies
Provide legal counsel on ITC-related matters throughout due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to assess legal risks and compliance requirements
Participate in and lead litigation efforts before the ITC, including case preparation and representation
Mid-to-senior level experience in legal practice with a strong focus on ITC litigation
Demonstrated success managing high-stakes ITC matters and regulatory investigations
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong judgment and analytical thinking in legal decision-making
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction (Delaware Bar preferred or willingness to obtain)
In-depth knowledge of ITC procedures and international trade law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assess complex legal issues in cross-border contexts
Experience with regulatory compliance, disclosures, and government interactions
Skilled in legal research, drafting, and litigation strategy
