Job Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support litigation in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies to challenge violations of workers' rights.
- Draft legal documents including opinions, briefs, analyses, articles, memos, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance labor reform and develop legal strategies.
- Communicate legal efforts and outcomes to supporters, media, and the public.
- Advise staff on legal matters related to outreach and messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with allied legal groups and external attorneys.
- Represent the organization at public events and speaking engagements.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of intensive litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state where the organization operates.
- Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
- Demonstrated alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
- Must be comfortable managing an independent caseload while working collaboratively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team are important.
