Job Description:
- Provide legal research and writing assistance to Assistant Attorneys General in the Criminal Appeals Division
- Handle at least one criminal appeal from start to finish, including reading transcripts and drafting appellate briefs
- May work on other legal fields such as criminal investigations, consumer protection, and counsel to state agencies
- Participate in witness and client interviews and assist with litigation in various courts
- Work at least 15-20 hours per week, with schedules based on division needs and clerk's commitments
- Encouraged to consider a two-season commitment for a more in-depth experience

Qualifications:
