Deloitte's International Tax Team is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with experience in the private equity and investment management industries. This role offers the opportunity to work with and foreign clients, providing tax consulting and compliance services while identifying and analyzing complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tax consulting and compliance services to various client types on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound structures and investments
- Identify and analyze basic and complex tax issues for entities and their affiliates
- Prepare and review work papers, allocations, and tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations
- Develop complex tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities
- Utilize proprietary technologies to streamline clients' tax compliance processes and filing obligations
- Supervise and mentor less experienced tax consultants

Qualifications:

Required:
- 3+ years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business-related field
- Ability to work within a hybrid model (in-person and remote work)
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on client needs
- Active accreditation as a CPA, attorney, or enrolled agent, or willing and able to obtain one

Preferred:
- Previous Big 4 experience
- Experience with partnership, funds, and/or international taxation
- Strong communication skills

- The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications
- The disclosed range estimate does not include geographic differentials
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,500 to $161,200
