Job Title: In-Person Staff Full Time Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
**Members Only** (CTLP) is seeking a full-time staff attorney to join their team. The primary responsibility of the attorney will be to make a positive impact in the lives of low-income taxpayers in Virginia. This position involves providing legal assistance to individuals facing tax issues, helping them to resolve their problems and make positive financial changes. The attorney will work on-site in Richmond, Virginia, and will be responsible for representing clients in various tax-related matters.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Juris Doctor (.) degree. It is an entry-level position, so prior experience with tax law is not required. However, the candidate must have proficiency in the English language. Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, or Asian languages is considered a positive attribute and may be beneficial in serving a diverse client base.

Salary Information:
The salary for this position ranges from USD $62,500 to $75,000 per year. The exact salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and any advanced education they may have.
