International Tax Services - Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems to develop exceptional deliverables that meet client needs.
- Leverage methodologies and technology resources to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Inspire and motivate team members while upholding quality standards in all deliverables.
- Implement digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making processes.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points for effective communication.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct at all times.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in international taxation or related fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study is required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
