Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial - Atlanta, US Legal

JFrog, a leading DevOps company, is seeking a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join our US Legal Team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial function and helping us achieve our business objectives while managing risk. We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a law degree from an accredited US law school. If you are a passionate, business-savvy individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with and advise business teams in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of sales and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in areas such as compliance, finance, government, and product development
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance in cross-border projects
- Make discretionary decisions with confidence and minimal guidance

Requirements:

- Law degree from an accredited US law school and admitted to practice in California or Georgia
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with a law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to identify and escalate urgent matters
- Capacity to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders in a changing business environment
- Collaborative approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High integrity and professionalism with a desire to learn and improve processes

What We Offer:

- Competitive base salary ranging from $185,000 to $200,000, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
- Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU)
