Job Responsibilities:
As a Legal Technology Senior, the primary responsibilities include:
- Client Management: Engage in daily interactions with the client's project team and the leadership team.
- Delivery: Collaborate with a team to enhance tax and legal processes by leveraging technology to align software with client-specific requirements and objectives.
- Solutions: Develop and implement automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency in tax and legal departments.
- Support: Provide training and software support related to processes, technologies, or situational changes.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks such as creating work plans, tracking budgeted time against actual hours, writing status reports, and participating in status calls.
- Cross Functional Teaming: Understand and articulate the broader practice and maintain holistic client relationships.
- People Development: Contribute to the development of team members.
- Business Development: Participate and contribute to pursuit teams.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- Ability to work within a hybrid model, with a requirement for . Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on the work, clients, and industries served.
- Over 3 years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Implementation with CLM software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis.
- Experience with document extraction tools, data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration.
- Active accreditations (obtained, in process, or willing to obtain):
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice or eligibility to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, options include Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM Certification, CFA, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement, SAS® Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree.
- Technical Certifications such as Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCMP, SAS® Certified Data Scientist, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect and TAP.

- Preferred:
- Advanced Degree in any of the specified fields.
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and contracting process design.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role is estimated to be between $89,180 and $203,060. This range considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each case. Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, which depends on individual and organizational performance.
