Job Title: Director, Forensic Technology Services (eDiscovery Consulting)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a practice leader and primary client contact, providing eDiscovery support using a broad range of technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, mitigate risks, and ensure electronically stored information (ESI) is preserved, discoverable, and useful.
- Lead a team of junior professionals in supporting each phase of project delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members about commitments, deadlines, and project statuses.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks including planning, resourcing, organizing, and staff management.
- Lead meetings to review work results and ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Brainspace.
- Prepare and update documentation of progress, milestones, and team efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, preferably in computer science, information management, data science, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and draw coherent conclusions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, client service, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Expertise in industry-standard review and production tools including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc.
- Extensive experience with eDiscovery methodology and best practices, with at least 7 years in client service delivery.
- Technical understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience with Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator.

Salary Information:
- The salary range is $130,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on variables such as education, experience, skills, and geography.
- A discretionary bonus program is available, based on individual and firm performance.
