Duties:

• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload effectively.
• Collaborate closely with partners on multifaceted litigation matters.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, and other stakeholders.
• Engage in strategic discussions and assist in case planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in handling insurance coverage disputes.
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, depositions, and mediation.
• Extensive experience in representing clients in various insurance coverage matters (., general liability, pollution liability, professional liability).

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the California State Bar.
