Summary:
Apple is seeking an AMR Immigration Leader to drive immigration strategy across the Americas. This role requires expertise in . and Americas immigration policies, strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, and proactive risk management. The Immigration Leader will work closely with Apple's People, Legal, Recruiting, and business teams to ensure a compliant and scalable immigration program. Key responsibilities include communication, management, business partnership, project management, and building professional relationships. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of corporate immigration and talent mobility experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Drive immigration strategy for Apple's AMR Region
- Ensure flawless mobility and compliance for employees navigating work authorization processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement immigration policies and processes
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure delivery of services to Apple's standards
- Understand business needs and advise on appropriate immigration options
- Lead various projects, including new country expansion initiatives
- Develop professional relationships across all levels and functions within and outside of Apple
- Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and provide solutions to complex problems

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in corporate immigration and talent mobility
- Deep expertise in . work visa programs and knowledge of Americas immigration policies
- Strong understanding of labor market testing, PERM processing, and employer compliance obligations
- Experience leading external counsel and immigration vendors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
- Consistent record in crafting scalable immigration policies and processes
- Bachelor's degree required, JD, Master's, or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of mobility taxation, remote work compliance, and cross-border employment considerations
- Familiarity with global mobility programs, relocation policies, and expatriate management

Pay & Benefits:

- Base pay range between $211,800 and $317,600
