Job Title: Partnership Tax SALT Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and innovate processes within the department.
- Maintain operational excellence in every task undertaken.
- Interact with clients at a senior level to ensure project success and build strong client relationships.
- Perform reviews of state and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively fulfill compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to prepare necessary reports for tax return preparation.
- Analyze reports for the preparation of the company's tax returns.
- Communicate effectively to secure overall success of projects and initiatives.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field is required.
- A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Holding a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), or being a Member of the Bar is preferred.
- Experience in performing state and local tax return reviews is essential.
- Ability to monitor tax compliance requirements and conduct tax research to solve complex issues.
- Proficiency in working with financial statements and journal entries.
- A solid understanding of financial systems and business processes.
- Experience in coordinating with other departments for tax preparation.
- Ability to innovate through new and existing technologies.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $315,000 annually.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
- The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.

- The role requires up to 20% travel.
