Job Title: Tax Manager - Tax and Finance Operate (TFO)

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Deliver exceptional client service across the implementation and transition of global tax processes and related technology.
- Manage various processes within the global TFO engagement, including teaming across service lines, technical specialties, and country teams.
- Develop and execute integrated implementation and transition workplans.
- Mobilize global delivery capability and standardized process implementation.
- Implement and transform the tax operating model, governance structure, and reporting protocols.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, maximize operational efficiencies, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with client and global team to set the strategy for transferring Managed Services to the company, including establishing operational processes.
- Develop the implementation scope of services and approach for transitioning functions from the client environment to the company, including knowledge transfer, technology and tool implementation, data requirements, process changes, and readiness criteria.
- Manage the operating governance structure and reporting protocols, including global implementation management, tax data operations, and commercial management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five years of related work experience.
- Approved technical certification, CPA license, or membership to state Bar or progress towards attaining these credentials.
- Strong team, project, and people management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Ability to lead global virtual and on-site teams, mentor counselees, and manage client-serving business.
- Proficiency in working with new and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to capture and synthesize business requirements.
- Commercial management of contract, budget, and change management.

Salary Information:
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on performance and value brought to the business.
- Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,600 to $188,000.
- Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $123,100 to $213,700.
- Individual salaries within those ranges are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
