Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a new opportunity? **Members Only** is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Alternative Investments practice. In this role, you will work with clients in the Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and Real Estate industries, providing tax compliance and consulting services.
As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax authorities while minimizing clients' tax and reporting burdens. You will also work closely with partners, managers, and associates to complete projects and deliver high-quality tax compliance services. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of tax professionals, develop client relationships, and identify and implement efficient tax strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, with a master's degree preferred. You must also have at least 8 years of prior tax experience and/or public accounting experience, as well as CPA certification or equivalent. Strong proficiency in partnership taxation and experience in the financial services industry, specifically with alternative investment funds, is preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
- 8+ years of prior tax experience and/or public accounting experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) required
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Financial services industry experience supporting alternative investment funds preferred
- Strong proficiency in partnership taxation preferred
