Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and administrative hearings
- Provide legal counsel to OPG staff
- Research and analyze complex legal issues and write persuasive motions and briefs
- Develop organization policies and positions on legal matters
- Train employees on various legal matters
- Manage and supervise the property team
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the NH Bar Association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of guardianship law, landlord/tenant law, trusts and estates, and state and federal benefits
- Familiarity with the appellate process for denied or terminated benefits
- Understanding of rules of evidence, court rules, state law, and case law
