Job Title: Senior International Tax Consultant
Experience: 3+ years
Salary Range: $73,430 to $167,180

Position Summary:

- Join Deloitte's International Tax Services practice and provide strategic tax consulting and compliance services to multinational clients.
- Work with a team to identify complex tax issues and provide recommendations for and foreign multinational clients.
- Utilize proprietary technologies to streamline tax compliance processes and obligations.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced tax consultants.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and review work papers, allocations, and tax returns for multinational corporations.
- Research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations.
- Assist with developing complex tax projection calculations and models.
- Utilize proprietary technologies to assist clients with tax compliance processes.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced tax consultants.

The Team:

- **Members Only**'s International Tax team helps multinational clients with global tax planning and compliance needs.
- Team members have diverse backgrounds in transactional analysis, compliance and planning, supply chain and intellectual property advising, and more.
- Join the team and help clients optimize their tax functions and take strategy to the next level.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- 3+ years of tax planning and/or compliance experience, with a focus on international taxation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on client and industry needs.
- Active CPA or willing and able to obtain CPA or other necessary designations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Big 4, public accounting, or consulting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
