Job Title: Insurance Defense Trial Attorney
Location: Inland Empire/Orange County
Salary: $103,920 - $165,770
Experience: At least 3 years as an Attorney

The Role:

- Responsible for representing clients in cases involving various areas of tort practice
- Handles cases of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure
- May assist other attorneys in assigned cases
- Consults with Claims Department on insurance policy and personal injury claims
- Maintains and updates computerized litigation support systems
- Performs other assigned duties

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and law school degree required
- Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state of location
- At least 3 years of experience as an Attorney with civil jury trial experience
- Ability to handle high case loads and confrontational situations
- Must be able to travel
