About This Role:

- Work directly with clients and apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to offer tax advice and resolve customer inquiries.
- Responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns required.
- Seasonal, virtual, customer-facing role using state of the art video communication software.

- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and/or proprietary business information.

Qualifications:

- Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws required.
- Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) required.
- Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience preferred.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation strongly preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Working knowledge of Circular 230.
- Proficient with technology.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
