In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses, providing tax compliance and advisory services.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. A Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited college or university is required. You should also have experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740.

As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to provide industry knowledge and experience to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects. Your responsibilities will include participating in and contributing to market and business activities external to the firm, building and managing client relationships, and advising clients while delivering high-quality tax services and advice.
