Job Title:
Senior Managing Director, Legal Transformation Services

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Managing Director in the Legal Transformation Solutions (LTS) team, the primary responsibility is to drive growth and revenue for the company's LTS offerings. This role involves engaging in sophisticated business discussions with senior corporate legal professionals to transform the legal landscape for General Counsel and other corporate legal leaders. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading C-level (CLO, GC, CIO, CFO) and senior management level legal transformation conversations, identifying LTS targets with the sales team.
- Driving the sales cycle to enhance LTS offerings and increase revenue for broader Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) service lines.
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, delivery partners, and sales colleagues globally.
- Serving as a senior consultative sales resource to the broader LSS organization, collaborating with Account Directors and pursuing LTS opportunities directly.
- Promoting the company's LTS practice offerings and technology products at industry workgroups, conferences, and in publications.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience, with at least 5+ years in account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services. The role requires the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs is essential. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is necessary, with a JD degree preferred.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 USD annually, along with eligibility for a sales commission plan. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification
- Performance during screening and interview
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
