Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney with Litigation Experience in Salt Lake City

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation for clients in all stages of the trial process
- Draft legal documents and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Utah State Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare law
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Excellent litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
