Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in all phases of construction defect litigation, from pre-litigation to trial.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients and manage cases efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to support case development and client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
  • Contribute to the firm’s positive culture by participating in mentorship and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Construction Defect litigation.
  • Strong record of job stability and excellent references.
  • Member of the California Bar in good standing.
  • Proven ability to handle complex construction defect cases from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team environments.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Member of the California State Bar in good standing.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience with all aspects of construction defect litigation.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex legal issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior attorneys.
  • Client relationship management skills and business development abilities.
