The Senior Director will be responsible for leading comprehensive due diligence processes, overseeing the analysis and interpretation of US international tax aspects of complex financial models, and providing strategic advice on the US international tax implications of sophisticated deal structures. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and high-quality tax solutions, offer strategic advice on global tax restructurings and planning initiatives, and stay at the forefront of developments in US international tax. The Senior Director will also cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging their expertise to become a trusted advisor and driving business development across Tax and the rest of A&M.
