The position of Claims Analyst - TPBI in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is open for applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Management: Investigate, evaluate, and settle third-party bodily injury claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure that all claims processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and contribute to the development of best practices in claims management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience handling third-party bodily injury claims, preferably in an insurance or legal environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of bodily injury claims processes and relevant legal concepts. Familiarity with medical terminology and injury assessment. Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
