Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Make critical decisions to influence client outcomes and manage client engagements.
- Offer mentorship to emerging leaders within the company.
- Foster a culture where technology and people excel together.
- Oversee various projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain the company's standards of quality and integrity.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field is necessary.
- Certification as a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar is mandatory.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.

Additional Qualifications:
- Provide guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Research complex tax issues and reach valid conclusions.
- Review US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Lead staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Train and manage local staff.
- Execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
