Duties:
Manage communications with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
File legal documents in accordance with court procedures
Coordinate case strategy with attorneys and legal support staff
Handle discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
Organize and maintain client files and documentation for new matters
Support ongoing case management and legal research needs
Requirements:
Interest in or experience with family law matters
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective interpersonal and client communication skills
Willingness to work onsite and collaborate within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington (or eligible for admission)
Skills:
Excellent legal writing and drafting capabilities
Proficiency in legal research
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Comfortable using case management software and legal technology tools
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
