Job Title: Fall 2025 Law Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
The Fall 2025 Law Clerk position is part of the Post Conviction Defender's Division within the organization. The division is committed to ensuring fairness in criminal convictions and upholding the integrity of the criminal justice system. Law clerks in this division will work on representing indigent inmates during post-conviction proceedings throughout Maryland. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Carrying out investigations relevant to cases.
- Drafting legal memorandums, post-conviction petitions, and motions for modification.
- Interviewing incarcerated clients both in prison and through video conferencing.

Education and Experience Information:
