Job Title: Transfer Pricing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies.
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams.
- Conduct functional analyses interviews and perform market studies.
- Strategize on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.
- Utilize company methodologies and technology resources effectively.
- Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members.
- Enhance leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, or International Business.
- 4 years of experience in related fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Public Administration, or Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in economic analyses and global tax issues.
- Leadership in functional analyses and market studies.
- Proficiency in pricing policies and market studies.
- Exceptional communication skills in client relationships.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Transfer Pricing Manager position is $98,300 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
