Tysons Corner office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks M&A associate attorney with 3-5 years of strong transactional experience, including M&A, general corporate work, and experience working with privately held companies. The ideal candidate must have strong academics, analytical skills, a positive attitude, large regional or national law firm experience, and a desire to work on a range of corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations, including national and international M&A transactions. Finance and private equity experience is a plus. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Virginia.
