Duties:

• Draft legal documents for submission to relevant courts and legal entities
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence, including judgments and orders
• Maintain communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing attorneys
• Conduct witness interviews and prepare them for court proceedings
• Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all legal documents
• Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Manage all aspects of assigned cases, from inception to resolution
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, mailing, and organizing case materials
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
• Family law experience (preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Research skills and attention to detail in drafting legal documents
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
• Trial experience and litigation skills preferred
• Client-focused approach with strong negotiation and advocacy abilities
