Trust and Estates Attorney - Denver: A reputable law firm in Denver is seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney to join their team. This is a great opportunity for experienced attorneys with a background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration to further expand their practice. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary based on experience and will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on origination and portable business. This is a full-time position with benefits, including a 401(k) and health insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their estate planning needs and strategize recommendations
- Work collaboratively with a team and third-party professionals
- Manage all aspects of a client's matter from engagement to close
- Supervise and mentor junior legal team members
- Utilize litigation, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Conduct thorough research and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, experience with Wealth Counsel a plus
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics
- Manage a full caseload and have a strong desire to learn oil and gas law
- Good reputation in the legal community and a desire to mentor other professionals.

Qualifications:
- Colorado Bar License
- 3+ years experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
- Portable book of business or a strong desire to build and manage your own clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong desire to teach and mentor other professionals.

Salary Information: $85, to $200, per year, based on experience.
