A law firm seeks a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic legal team in San Bernardino, CA. The firm is committed to providing exceptional legal services, proudly representing clients at various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings.

Duties

• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
• Manage USCIS Asylum Petitions and Family Based Petitions
• Conduct Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews
• Assist clients with work permit applications
• Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws
• Handle master and individual appearances for immigration hearings
• Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with the legal team
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Provide excellent client support and maintain effective communication throughout the legal process

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California
• 1-6 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
• Demonstrated experience handling master and individual appearances

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
