Duties:

• Manage and handle a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring thorough and effective representation
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff on complex legal matters
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions as appropriate
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in civil litigation
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
