Duties:

• Provide legal advice on compliance with FDA regulations and health care laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to health care entities.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients on regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in client meetings to develop case strategies.
• Manage multiple matters and ensure timely client communication.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in health care law with a focus on regulatory and transactional issues.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client-focused solutions.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington state or the ability to obtain Washington licensure.
