Saint Louis office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury attorney preferably with 4+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle/automobile liability / MVA). The candidate will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to the trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in and around Saint Louis, MO, and the surrounding metro area. Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation in and around. Drafting and filing litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guide plaintiff clients through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (MO required, IL a plus).
