Duties:

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Advise clients on legal strategies, risks, and potential outcomes.
• Manage a caseload and maintain communication with clients, providing regular updates.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to prepare for hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Build and foster strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom experience, including handling depositions, motions, and trials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in North Carolina.

Skills:

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional legal research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage a high caseload effectively and efficiently.
