Raleigh office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation partner or senior counsel with 7 years of litigation experience. The candidate must be a Current member of the North Carolina Bar with litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts. Should preferably be a self-starter capable of managing an active litigation caseload and experienced in drafting and preparing pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition, oral argument, and trial preparation; conducting legal research, analysis, and writing; and will possess excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills. First-chair experience is a plus.
