Duties:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Manage and support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal theories.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues to provide sound legal advice.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- 3-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably in class actions.
