Experience

Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc.
Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the Alaska State Bar Association

As an E-Discovery Attorney, you will play a crucial role in assisting with discovery activities on mass tort and class action cases. Your responsibilities will primarily involve document review on hosted platforms, but you may also assist with other tasks such as deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.

Experience and qualifications are essential for this position. We require a law degree from a fully accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Alaska State Bar Association. A minimum of 1+ years of personal injury experience is also preferred, as well as prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience.
