Law Firm is looking for an experienced Finance Associate specializing in Commercial Paper to join our renowned team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance, with experience working on commercial paper programs, asset-backed programs and/or other note issuance programs.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise clients on such matters, as well as a deep understanding of commercial paper and note issuance programs, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions.

Job Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, with experience working on commercial paper programs, asset-backed programs and/or other note issuance programs
- Deep understanding of market practices and relevant legal frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, credit analysis, and financial markets
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
