H2: Seeking Experienced Litigation Professional for Financial Services Consumer Litigation

We are currently seeking a highly qualified alternative track associate to join our litigation practice group at Law Firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent academic credentials and strong litigation experience to become a valuable member of our team. As an alternative track associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and handle high volume consumer litigation cases.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on consumer protection laws, including TCPA and FCRA
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and guidance
• Collaborate with team members and assist with case management and strategy development

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the California state bar
• 5+ years of experience handling high volume litigation
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
• Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills

Salary Information:
• Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Final salary offered may be outside of this range based on individual factors
• Total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits
