Law Firm Seeking Bankruptcy Associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and Chapter 11 matters. This position is located in either the Roseland, NJ or New York City office and offers the opportunity for direct client contact and diverse case experience.

Job Title:

Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and Chapter 11 matters
- Previous experience representing creditors' committees, debtors, institutional creditors, and other related matters

Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse assortment of bankruptcy and restructuring matters
- Work directly with clients and provide excellent client service
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey or New York (or ability to waive in)
