H2: Responsibilities and Requirements

As an Associate Attorney at Manning Kass, you will have the opportunity to work directly with top attorneys in the field, gaining valuable trial experience and learning from their expertise. Your responsibilities will include case evaluation, client contact, discovery, and trial preparation. To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited Law School and be in good standing with the CA State Bar. Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as at least three years of litigation experience and Medical Malpractice knowledge, are required. Experience in Elder Abuse Law and the healthcare industry are a plus.

H2: Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and education.
